Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to process routine bookkeeping, maintain financial records and send out monthly reports to our investor partners. This includes working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports. Our ideal candidate is familiar with Quickbooks Online, gmail, and google drive/spreadsheets/docs/etc. Experience in real estate bookkeeping is a huge plus.

Hours may start low, around 10 hours per month but could ramp up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
• Process monthly email reports to investor partners.
• Miscellaneous back office and administrative tasks.

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience. In the Real Estate Industry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in Google site, Quickbooks Online, English and in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quickbooks Online: 1 year (Preferred)
• Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
