This position supports the Central Support Operations by regulating performance standards and expectations in alignment with creating and maintaining staffing models, and developing action-oriented reporting assets for clinical and operational colleague usage. The Performance Associate will collaborate cross functionally to provide critical information to key stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating Central Operations and Home Health staffing model; tracking continuous process improvement and implementing quarterly updates
  • Engage directly with stakeholders on strategic initiatives requiring performance management input
  • Supporting colleague’s developmental plans
  • Assist in proactively identifying opportunities and solutions for performance improvement
  • Collaborate on performance assessments by supporting development of prototypes and refinement of internal analytical tools
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management initiatives
  • Utilize resources to create actionable plans for achieving clinical and operational performance targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare operations, performance improvement and/or project management
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated record of success in performance delivery, project management, implementation, and diverse operational and clinical projects across departments
  • Proven solid problem solving and solutioning skills
  • Proven exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate reporting and analytical skills to identify trends and performance opportunities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence
  • Payer or provider services experience with focus on utilization management and/or utilization review
  • Proven detail organized and highly organized with ability to prioritize, plan and handle multiple tasks
