Job Summary

The Community Marketing Agent works with popular local shows and events to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and shares information about the vacation club experience. Invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Compensation

• Hourly + commission + bonus structure
• Average agents make $1000-$2000 per week
• During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.69 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Set appointments for presentations and collect required deposits
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
