Property Caretaker - light maintenance for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN for the general upkeep and maintenance.
(Haines Road and Junction Ave) Competitive pay and generous benefits!! Caretaker unit available (not required) for free!!
As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to;
minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.
Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 18 months related work experience and professionalism a must!
