Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Complete Sales and Business Development life cycle.
  • Design, prepare and submit technical proposals, documents and presentations.
  • Engage with the technical teams to understand, scope and define the deliverables of projects.
  • Be part of the kick off meetings and be the customer interface for ongoing projects.
  • Establish contacts and engage with prospective and existing customers for pre and post sales discussions.
  • Resilience and maturity in dealing with change/uncertainty and delivering results in challenging environments.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans to meet the required needs of the organization to grow and excel in our field of work.
  • Review and update contracts and agreements
  • Maintain all records and documents to the best industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of sales experience (Metal and Steel industry )
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for business
  • Ability to uncover and understand customer needs
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
