Job Description

The BDM is a pioneering sales role wholly responsible for managing the work required to find and promote new partnerships for an innovative class of Mobile Medical Vehicles. Your primary role will be in building and developing strong relationships with new clients that meet the markets demands.


General Tasks

  • Prioritizing target list of prospect companies within target markets.
  • Identifying potential clients needs and solutions.
  • Creating and implementing effective direct sales strategies.
  • Determining key decision makers, gate keepers, and champion of each potential client.
  • Completing annual sales plans for obtaining business in market.
  • Plan for contacting and meeting with key personnel to insure all accounts are communicated with regularly.
  • Proactively identifying changes in market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Establishing effective relationships and collaboration with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Effective in ensuring proper hand-offs occur from Sales to other functional areas.
  • Ability to create benefit vs. feature focused presentations.
  • Effectively using CRM systems to track all customer related activity.
  • Travel (up to 50%) will be required for customer & supplier meetings, attendance at industry conferences

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the HealthCare industry.
  • Established working relationships with Community HealthCare Leaders.
  • Knowledge of decision-making, funding and reporting processes at the federal and state levels.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Health related field.

Work Environment

Work will typically be performed in an office environment. When working with manufacturing, some time will be spent in a fabrication environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
  • Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution.
  • $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution:
  • $1K Long Term Disability for 180 days – 100% employer contribution.
  • Dental/Vision – employee contribution.
  • Flex Spending and Health Savings plans available.
  • 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match.
  • Weekly payday, every Friday.
  • Starting salary 75K, this is a progressive, growth position.
