Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist as part of the Client Experience and Support Group. The Business Relationship Support Specialist will be responsible to support several business initiatives within the Centralized Business Support Team which is part of the Customer Experience and Support Group. The Business Relationship Support Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of client support strategies.
In this role you will:
- Work with relationship teams and other partners to assure all tasks are completed timely and accurately and all the deadlines are met.
- Executes on complex projects, balancing short-term and long- term priorities leading to centralization and efficiencies.
- Executes with a focus on outcomes and sustainable value by applying critical thinking, data analysis and innovation to identify priorities and deliver results.
- Other projects will be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of financial industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
- Compliance experience
- BS/BA Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to work independently while recognizing when communication and escalation to management team is needed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
