Busser/Server Assistant

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods
• Be able to reach and bend and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Works as a team member within a close space with multiple others
• Can work with a high energy level in a fast-paced working environment

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Quince Restaurant values and mission while performing responsibilities
• Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning; setting up service station, polishing, wiping down tables, sweep, mop, etc
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
• Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by the manager
• Respond positively to guest's requests with a sense of urgency
• Execute daily side work with enthusiasm and motivation
