Our original location is in West Linn but this position is for our second location in Canby:
- Open availability including early mornings and weekends a must
- One-year full-service restaurant/cooking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge to develop and plan menus and weekly specials
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities:
- Prep and prepare food items
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
- Manage food costing and inventory
