PRIMARY PURPOSE: Well established call center looking for motivated individuals to take inbound and outbound calls, and transfer customers to the correct insurance providers based on customers current coverage (if any) Starting pay at $18.25 plus commission. Sales experience is preferred but there is No Experience needed! We will be training you to be successful. We take pride in our training process and coaching. We will build YOU to be successful.
As a Qualifying insurance representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who have requested information online for life, health and Medicare supplement insurance, then transferring customers to the right insurance providers. A Qualifying Insurance representative must be passionate about what our company has to offer and truly believe in the process of our business. This excitement must come through on every call to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more. Keep in Mind this is a sales position without selling any product. We are just convincing the customer to hear more about what coverages they qualify for.
