Job Description

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking energetic Call Center Service Providers to serve patients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls for patients who seek to schedule office visits. To be considered, you MUST have previous Orthopaedic experience. The Call Center Service Provider helps collect and update patient demographic data in the patient’s clinical chart. Further duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedules appointments to the correct provider
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Accurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and third-party information to ensure the patient's chart is accurate and up to date
  • Quickly identify patient needs, clarify information, and transfer patient calls to the right department
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
  • Display superior customer service skills
  • Ability to exhibit cooperation, flexibility, and provide assistance when interfacing with physicians, management, staff and patients
  • Previous Orthopaedic experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
