This is a casual position and we are offering a $750 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid within the first six months of employment).

Provides physical assistance and attendant care to home care clients in their place of residence. Provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) for home care clients only. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in providing service to frail elder clients according to assigned responsibilities and Home Care standards.
The territory for this position includes but not limited to Mars, Cranberry and surroundings areas. This is a field position with a designated home office location and the incumbent is expected to travel when visiting patients in their homes.
Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Completion of training in specific areas as required by state regulations governing home care service providers.

Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
