Job Summary:
Working as a Caregiver in our Community Based Care facility you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs are met while providing supportive companionship. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents in their daily living activities
- Complete required documentation timely and accurately
- A Caregiver will participate in life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
- Provides emotional supports and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Assists with serving resident meals
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Present for staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned

WHO WE ARE: One of Sapphire's newest communities, McKenzie Manor, formerly SouthTowne was acquired in November 2022. This community is 100% memory care and is comprised of 47 total units. Recently we have repainted the entire interior and rolled out a brand new furniture package. The grounds have had many improvements as well including renovations to the entry way.
