To review, research, process, and resolve Debit/Credit Card brand dispute claims. Respond to inquiries from customers, communicate with internal/external teams regarding contracts to avoid potential chargeback disputes. Remain alert and informed of threats to account security, counterfeit operations, and stolen cards.
