Front Desk & Clinic Assistant
Team member wanted at the Spine Scoliosis & Neuropathy Clinic in Anacortes and Bellingham.
Hours ~16 to 32+ per week (more hours once trained). These hours will vary based on patient scheduling. Anacortes is a startup business - so to get more hours - hours are split between Anacortes and Bellingham TILL we can open up MORE hours in Anacortes.
I am asking a minimum of ~16 hours a week: ~8 hours on Tuesday and ~8 hours on Fridays to qualify for this position = location Anacortes WA.
(Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday clinic is open in Bellingham, WA)
Clinic Assistant Responsibility: Help the doctor or rehab assistant manage patient therapies: mechanical traction, postural exercises, laser therapy, red light therapy, nutrition, in clinic rehab and home rehab instruction and more...
Front Desk Responsibility: Help the doctor or office manager with patient flow (checking in and checking out patients) and with patient collection, scheduling and chart preparation for the next day.
