What we’re looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a proven customer marketer with the ability to develop and execute successful customer engagement programs that directly impact customer adoption, retention and lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
Our ideal candidate is familiar with the SaaS customer journey and has experience developing strategies to help customers understand and engage with key product features early in their life cycle with Iodine. You will develop and implement marketing plays for key stages in the customer journey that drive retention, engagement, expansion, and advocacy. The Senior Client Marketing Manager will also perform the following duties including, but not limited to:
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing to optimize how we engage customers across the lifecycle including: onboarding, renewals, and referrals
  • Increase customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention
  • Assist the upsell and cross-sell team in materials to retain and grow the products used and owned by clients
  • Drive customer engagement campaign strategy and execution
  • Support in the content creation and event execution for our annual client summit
What we’d love to see:
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client marketing and engagement
  • Demonstrated success in driving client retention and engagement outcomes
  • Experience in executing on and analyzing Voice of the Customer (VoC) research like customer interviews, surveys, user research and more
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using collaboration (Slack & Asana) CRM tools (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with SaaS client engagement a plus
  • A creative and innovative mindset, comfortable acting with purpose and conviction in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong marketing analytics capabilities with a track record of driving proven results
