About this Position
The Client Services Director is proactive and a hands-on leader who serves as a senior leader within the organization. This role leads the client services team, processes, and tools to deliver accurate, timely and effective operations productivity. This individual will report to the President.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations functions and responsibilities
- Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes
- Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
- Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations team
- Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
- Uses the right mix of operational skills, quantitative skills, and business knowledge to proactively identify problems and opportunities and make recommendations and implement new programs and process improvements.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of business operations processes.
- Build strong relationships across the leadership team and other cross-functional departments to influence decision making, drive process optimization and overall effectiveness.
- Work with internal partners to ensure tools and technology are optimized to meet the needs of a growing organization.

- Proven track record as a leader with an understanding of management practices
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of business functions and operations
- Problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to learn new programs/software applications quickly and as needed to keep current in a growth-oriented business
- Strong business acumen, with ability to actively identify areas of opportunity for the business to drive scale, and streamline existing processes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
