About this Position

The Client Services Director is proactive and a hands-on leader who serves as a senior leader within the organization. This role leads the client services team, processes, and tools to deliver accurate, timely and effective operations productivity. This individual will report to the President.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operations functions and responsibilities
  • Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes
  • Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
  • Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations team
  • Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
  • Uses the right mix of operational skills, quantitative skills, and business knowledge to proactively identify problems and opportunities and make recommendations and implement new programs and process improvements.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of business operations processes.
  • Build strong relationships across the leadership team and other cross-functional departments to influence decision making, drive process optimization and overall effectiveness.
  • Work with internal partners to ensure tools and technology are optimized to meet the needs of a growing organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

  • Timeshare experience (Preferred)
