Job Description

A local pharmaceutical company is looking for a client services specialist to join their team! This role will be remote but will require the person to be on-site for training and some occasional meetings. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, during the day, but may require some flexibility. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last through December 2023 with the possibility of an extension through April 2024. This position works with the Client Services team, internal technical teams, Business Development, and customers. The role will require high level of accuracy and communication skills. The qualified individual is expected to apply technology to help improve and optimize business processes including invoicing, forecasting, quotes generation, contracts management.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meticulous data entry in ERP system to enable contract billing and forecasting
  • Generate reports from ERP system or process ERP data in Excel or other software to develop various reports
  • Utilize various software (Word, Excel, and other technology) to create and improve templates for various routine client facing documents and reports
  • Represent Client Services during client meetings and/or teleconferences to gather information to prepare various reports
  • Process forward billing work orders to generate invoices for various project specific items and services
  • Assist with drafting of quotes and RFI documents for clients
  • Assist with generation of training material for ERP processes and be part of the training team
  • Creatively apply technology to improve business processes and systems to gain efficiency
  • Assist other Client Services members when needed to ensure the overall group’s goals and deliverables are met

Education or Equivalent Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
