POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator who will oversee the entire client experience from when they enroll in one of our programs to when they complete the program. You will ensure that all possible retention strategies are executed. You will be our client’s biggest cheerleader and trusted partner, facilitating and enhancing the culture of our client community.
Here’s how:
Client Onboarding (~3 hours each week)
● Onboard new clients and provide a smooth, high-touch experience
● Make client touchpoint interactions during the onboarding process to ensure there’s no client left behind, ensuring that nobody feels like they are just a number. When a client is enrolled in the program, ensure they are progressing in alignment with our curriculum.
● Ensure that all clients have completed key elements of the curriculum according to the outlined milestones
● Monitor client progress throughout the program
● Refine renewal and retention process by ensuring that clients transition from one program to the next
● Manage client management system in Airtable to track progress and update client records
Client Support (~5 hours each week)
● Search and post jobs for client consumption
● Attend weekly live coaching calls
Team Support (~1 hour each week)
● Provide a weekly team update on client wins and challenges
● Track and report key program metrics
● Make recommendations for opportunities to improve client experience
