Job Description

Ritzinger Optometric Clinic is a private practice with locations in River Falls and Hudson, WI. Our philosophy is to create a positive experience for every patient visit. We are looking to add a full-time employee or 2 part-time employees to our team. Position would average 4-5 days per week. Right now, our need is in River Falls, but the shifts may include some time in our Hudson location as needed. Our clinics are open until 7 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, otherwise until 5.

Our ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and comes eager to work, eager to learn, uses time wisely, and can handle a variety of detailed tasks. Candidate must be professional and respectful. Computer skills are a must. People skills are a must.
Candidate must work well on a team yet be self-motivated while working alone.

Typical duties for this combined position include patient education about lens and frame selection, adjusting and repairing glasses, creating eyeglass and contact lens orders and invoices, taking payments, making appointments, and a variety of administrative duties.
