POSITION SUMMARY

The Float Lead supervises employees while also keeping records and overseeing the work that is typically performed in office. The Float Lead is responsible for maintaining the flow of all clinic operations in that clinic location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Point of contact for the office
• Must learn every position to fill in when there is absent staff
• Maintain flow of the office
• Handles all issues with patients as well as patient messages
• Conducts office meetings
• Supervises all staff members
• Ordering of office supplies
• Reviews clock in/out and lunches of all staff members
• Reviews DME/Missing Documents/Inventory Spreadsheets
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring for needed positions
• Signing off on monetary collections with the Front Desk
• Monitoring the schedule in advance
• Reviewing/Approving time off requests
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to multi task and problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Organizational skills
• Intrinsically motivated
• EMR experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Front Office Experience Required
• Willing to travel when needed
