HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As the Clinical Supervisor of the Outpatient Oncology/Infusion Clinic, you will provide direct supervision to selected clinical areas and assists the practice in delivering health care to patient's consistent with the practice's policies and procedures.
Compensation for this opportunity is based on applicable years of experience. Accountabilities:
Ensures effective and quality patient care services.
Patient satisfaction with services and health care.
Ensures effective management of staff in achieving goals of the practice.
Effective leadership in practice participation.
Provides direct patient care if needed to support the team's delivery of quality patient care.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Licenses & Certifications: Current Illinois License as registered nurse & CPR Certification.
Degree(s): Associate degree in nursing plus 5 years nursing experience or BSN.
Required Functional Experience: 3 plus years of nursing experience within oncology/infusion experience.
Required Management Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Appropriate clinical skills. Excellent communications skills
