The Director of Community Impact is responsible for ensuring all of our initiative staff are fully supported and working towards their individual and coalition-level goals. They will provide direct support and coaching to the staff who facilitate those coalitions and processes and will ensure compliance with their associated funders, scopes of work, and budgets.

Lake County Build a Generation is seeking community connectors to assist with the research phase of the Lake County Community Health and Happiness Project in May and June 2023. We are seeking applicants who have strong connections or lived experience with those who may otherwise be underrepresented in this process (specifically youth, senior, and Latine community members).
