Job Description

We are a family owned and run company and we currently seeking a reliable honest person that is good with general residential construction. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from jobs. Seeking experience in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.

We are offering a unique and rewarding opportunity to the right individual, a self-starter with a great attitude and a good sense of responsibility. We are looking to hire right away. This will be a full-time position so 40-hour work weeks. We work all over the valley.

Responsibilities

• Responsive to service calls
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to lift to 50 pounds
• Communicate with customer about work completed
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately
• Safely use tools and equipment
• Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated

Skills

• Rough framing and finish carpentry
• Painting
• Remodel
• Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
• Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
• Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Experience:

• Residential Construction: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Commercial Construction experience is a plus
• Proven experience as handyman

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Drivers
• Read, Write & Speak English, able to speak Spanish also is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to work weekends and emergency calls when needed
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday.
• Option of a 5 eight hour days, or 4 Ten hour days,

Job Type: Full-timePay starts $30.00 per hour and can be more depending on experience.Benefits
