What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a dynamic and driven Content Manager to join our Energy Products Marketing and Content team.

As Content Manager, you will be responsible for providing editorial expertise and maintaining company voice across multiple platforms. Your role will involve developing and executing content strategies, managing social media content, and supporting the development of marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, awareness, and education of our Energy products.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, experience in managing social media accounts for companies, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

To succeed at Tesla, you must be passionate about sustainable energy, and creating exceptional content that increases awareness and drive sales across North America, EMEA and APAC.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all Powerwall Certified Installer and Megapack customer communications materials adhere to our brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and calendar for multiple product Twitter accounts in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the Design, Sales and Marketing teams to create a roadmap of engaging content for Twitter across our residential and large-scale storage products.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of social media efforts, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
  • Support Marketing in developing video and photo case studies for key projects (residential and large-scale storage projects) for use in sales collateral and on Tesla’s online channels.
  • Support the Marketing team in developing and executing a comprehensive campaign calendar that includes lead generation events, digital partnerships, social media, and external corporate events.
  • Keep all customer Marketing and Communications Guidelines documents up-to-date.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for content creation where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain your expertise in all Tesla products.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla Energy by maintaining consistency in all communication materials.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, social media and /or communications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate complex topics with leadership, the broader team and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, integrity and an eagerness to take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and results
  • Passion for solar and sustainable energy
  • Team player and builder – leads by example
  • Proficient in MS Office

· Ability to travel (~20%), mainly within North America but could include global destinations. ·
