Description:The Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team is seeking a dynamic self starting individual to help develop our emerging international business pursuits for GMLRS and the greater Precision Fires team. Primary focus will be supporting customer focused programs with Poland and Australia. Position will help grow the foot print of the Precision Fires team thru execution of highly visible programs. Primary activities will focus on the development of subtier supplier relationships, processing licenses, creating requirements documentation, processing RFPs and responses, negotiating subcontracts and business agreements.
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• International Subcontract Management experience
• Experience with ITAR and Licensing
• Excellent written and verbal communication

skills.

• Knowledge of acquisition policies and

procedures such as TINA, FAR/DFAR.

• Experience with the procurement of specialized

materials, complex assemblies, and equipment
within Defense industry

• Experience with LM Procure to Pay (P2P) and

SCNavigator
Desired Skills:

• Familiar with FAR/DFAR/TINA requirements for Subcontract Management
• Experienced problem solver and executing return to green plans
• Proposal management experience
• Experienced in International Subcontract Management
• Experience in working with International Trade Compliance and obtaining Licenses
• Preference for experience with Technology Transfer Controller to submit ITAR controlled data
• Experience presenting to leadership at the director and VP level
• Negotiation Terms and Conditions
• Experience with P2P, SAP
• Negotiating subcontracts greater than $20M
• Some International travel could be required

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
