What does a Cook at Sagora do?

• Cook à la carte items
• Monitor stock
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis
• Able to prepare food according to recipes
• Train and guide food service associates
• Plate and present beautiful food to be serves and enjoyed.

What do you need to be a Cook?

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Ability to use math to calculate recipes and costing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
