Corporate Giving Manager

The Corporate Giving Manager is a highly collaborative role that supports Niagara Bottling's philanthropic strategic implementation. The Manager is responsible for expanding the Niagara Cares strategy around Disaster Relief and driving the internal philanthropic support for our team members, including matching gifts, the scholarship fund, and the employee assistance fund. The Manager will also be the key ambassador for headquarters volunteer planning and engagement, partnering and championing. This role will require experience leading teams, public speaking, and building consensus.

Essential Functions

Program Development & Strategy:

  • The Manager will help build, grow, and execute programming that will bring value to communities in need across Niagara's footprint. This includes working with internal and external partners to develop and execute corporate giving programs that respectfully engage and support community and team member improvement.
  • The Manager should be able to think strategically and develop effective philanthropic programs that align with Niagara's mission and values.
  • The Manager should have experience in developing and evaluating programs to ensure they achieve their intended outcomes.

Partner Engagement:

  • The Manager will create new strategies and opportunities for Niagara's partners to engage with us as force multipliers in our philanthropy, disaster relief, in-kind giving, and volunteerism. This includes identifying and engaging with community and nonprofit groups that align with our company strategy.

Marketing and Communication:

  • The Manager will support the development of a strong community-focused brand and communications strategy to share the work we're doing among internal and external audiences. This includes working with our internal marketing team to create appropriate tactics to highlight our community work and outcomes, submitting the program for awards and event creation.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • The Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the impact of Niagara's philanthropic programs to ensure they are achieving their intended outcomes. This includes developing and implementing a system for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the programs and preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders in partnership with PLM, marketing and other critical departments.
  • Partners with Economic Development & Government Relations teams and other internal stakeholders to establish community-based initiatives.

Pay Rate Type: Salary

$113,780.00 - $159,292.00 / Yearly

Bonus Target: 10% Annual
