We are looking for a corporate counsel with expertise in Data Privacy and Web Accessibility laws, and experience working with tech startups (ideally in the SaaS sector).
This is not your typical corporate counsel job. Our corporate counsel role is a unique opportunity to work on both the legal and the technical and business sides of the company. You will provide legal services such as drafting contracts, intellectual property filings, marketing compliance, and website and software agreements. You will also work closely with other departments to help us grow sustainably. For example, you will software team to improve the user experience, the marketing team to create content (articles and/or videos) about data privacy and business best practices, and help the president implement the business growth strategy and prepare to seek our first round of funding.
In summary, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to work both on the legal and business aspects of the company.
