Wink & Nod is an award-winning craft cocktail speakeasy bar in the South End. Established in 2014, our high-end lounge features an innovative Culinary Incubator program where every 6 months a new Chef takes up residency in our kitchen. Our fine dining program is approachable and friendly, while our cocktails are made to dazzle.

Wink & Nod is now hiring Bartenders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of bartending experience, be familiar with Toast, and must possess a strong knowledge of cocktails, from the classics to infused spirits, and be comfortable producing made-from-scratch cocktails. You must be able to work with and understand bitters, tinctures, foams, and be creative with garnishes. Bar cleanliness and organization is a top requirement for us. We currently have 10 specialty cocktails, and our menu changes seasonally. Candidates must be skillful with ticket times, as we are a very busy bar.

Wink & Nod has an intimate restaurant setting, so the candidate must be excellent at greeting guests, and know steps of service. We are a tip-pool house, and all of our full time bartender earn between $1,000-$1,400 per week. We have a tight team of professionals, and work cohesively as group.
