WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Creative Operations Pre-Production Manager is responsible for the product image creation process; from preseason forecasting, to deliver and ultimately post season recapping. Develop and implement strategies to increase image completion/readiness and accuracy. Monitor progress, identify, and preemptively solve bottlenecks and other challenges before they happen, and report to key partners. Partner with production teams to ensure timely delivery of work based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor, leverage, and develop new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) when needed. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Partner with various members of the studio team as needed to facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to set.
The candidate will have the ability to build a highly engaged Pre-Production team and drive a team culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be collaborating cross-departmentally with Planning/Ordering, Client Services, Product Logistics, Styling, Production, Photography and Post Production teams to support the timely photo and video production through completion. Lead your team to ensure that each unique product is correctly identified and tagged with clear instructions of what images and/or videos need to be captured. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance.
A typical day/week will leverage IT systems and reports to evaluate performance, coordinate, and report on production for product photography and video. Host our twice weekly production status call. Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems and tableau reporting. Extract, compile audit, and deliver data for reporting purposes. Allocate and manage staff resources to meet changing studio needs. Set production priorities during the day, week, and season based on changing business needs.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will manage the Pre-Production team and reporting to the Director of Product Logistics & Pre-Production. They will be the liaison with Client Services, Planning, Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Production, Post-Production, and other Nike, Jordan & Converse teams.
