MPN Advantage is a division of Comprehensive Medical Reporting Services (CMRS). Both CMRS and MPN Advantage provide a variety of support services to physicians in California; however, MPN Advantage focuses on supporting the credentialing needs of providers throughout the country, with an emphasis in workers' compensation. We are looking for 2 part-to-full time employees to learn all areas of credentialing including PPO, HMO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, USDOL, VA, hospital, IPA, and workers’ compensation.

This is an at-home position and requires the employee to have access to a phone, a computer with internet service, and Microsoft. This position also requires experience with spreadsheets, word documents, and PDF files. The right candidate must have reasonable deduction skills, be well organized and reliable, be comfortable working with strict deadlines, and be capable of working unsupervised. Clear written and verbal communication skills are a must in this position. Experience with workers’ compensation, medical billing, and/or prior credentialing is preferred. References are required.

General tasks include daily research and phone calls, consistent documentation of work, completion of applications, communication with medical and insurance professionals (both written and verbal), as well collaboration of team projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
