Beltz Landscaping is expanding, and we are seeking candidates to join our team.We are looking for a crew member, as well as summer staff. As we keep growing, ideally we would like to find someone to grow with us.

The full-time crew member will be self-motivated and accountable for efficiently completing the physical tasks required and collaborating with others. As a reliable team member, you will be called upon to lead from time to time when project schedules get busy.

We are also looking for seasonal help that lasts from June to September. This opportunity entails working long hours outdoors. This includes mowing, weed whacking, and general maintenance. You'll be responsible for completing all necessary physical tasks to ensure efficient project completion.

Specific qualifications and duties include;

Possessing a valid driver's license

Able to engage in prolonged physical work

Maintaining a positive attitude

Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and on a team to a pre-planned work schedule

Prepared to work outside for long hours

Ability to operate small equipment related to landscaping

Accountability and personal responsibility are key attributes of this role

Having previous experience in landscaping and being able to operate a vehicle with a trailer are valuable assets.

Other Incentives:

Compensation: Starting at $15-$20/hour or more depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

Paid holiday after 1 month of employment for a full-time role.
