All BGR crew members are an integral part of the day-to-day operations at every BGR restaurant. The BGR crew member is responsible for consistently executing all BGR cashier, food preparation, expediting, and kitchen systems and standards to provide the guest the highest quality service and food products.

The crew member adheres to all BGR customer service standards while interacting with guests. The BGR crew member uses recipes and preparation standards when preparing or cooking any BGR menu item. All crew members are accountable for safe food handling, food quality standards, and "picture-perfect presentation" plus outstanding customer service.

The crew member demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, has a positive attitude, and meets all BGR kitchen, uniform, and grooming standards.

Responsibilities:

• Keeps a well-stocked and organized station; as pars dictate (Cashier, Line Cook, or Expeditor Station)
• Takes customer orders in-person or on the phone
• Prepares or builds orders to customer specifications
• Demonstrates strong guest service skills and accurate food prep on the job
• Demonstrates strong cash handling skills
• Demonstrates the ability to promote Brand Integrity
• Communicates clearly and to work well with others
• Maintains Professionalism at all times
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Continues development of food & beverage product knowledge

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (base pay + tips)

The world’s first plant-based burger that looks, cooks, and satisfies like beef without GMOs, soy, or gluten. All of our entrees are also available ‘lettuce wrapped.'
