Team Members (TM) in 3 key areas; Service, Food and Drive-Thru. TM’s dictate the Guest Experience and are our Front-Line Brand Ambassadors. And also have some fun along the way.

Shift Leaders (SL) Our SL’s drive the engine room of our million-dollar businesses and play a key role in supporting the RGM and AGM in providing & executing comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention and also have some fun along the way.

Assistant General Managers (AGM) Our AGMs are 2nd in Charge of million-dollar businesses and provide & execute on comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention and also have some fun along the way. Full availability is required.

Currently over 50% of our Restaurant General Managers started in the TM ranks and are now CEOs of Million Dollar businesses.
