Nature of Work:
The CRM Analyst is primarily responsible for empowering the Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Denver Nuggets & Colorado Rapids Sales and Service teams to achieve success through utilization of a well-designed CRM interface and strategic deployment of sales contacts that increases conversion and retention. Success in this role will be measured in part by the ability to cultivate a solid pipeline of leads, growing high-value fan engagement/retention, and increasing fan lifetime value. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with Sales and Service teams on lead and retention strategies, has deep experience in customer list management and prioritization, and can enable front-end CRM modifications and best practices.

Examples of work performed:
  • Implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for KSE Radio (and other companies as needed), including migrating data into the system.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration of CRM modules, including user access and permissions, performance and database size and structure.
  • Drive usage of reporting by all CRM end users to manage their pipeline, and provide team leads with dashboards and other reports to evaluate their team’s performance.
  • Train new users and stay updated on latest additions and developments to CRM.
  • Troubleshoot errors or user issues with the CRM system.
  • Perform additional duties assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum
    • BS/BA degree in field or related field
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    • 1 - 3 years’ experience in field
    • Microsoft Certifications in Power Platforms

  • Prior CRM experience as an end user, analyst, or administrator, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Compensation
  • Base salary range $55,000 - $62,000 per annum
