TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is NOW HIRING a FULL-TIME Customer Care & Claims Manager serving the Kansas City area in an office located near Arrowhead Stadium to support our growing team! This position is responsible for managing our customer experience, implementing the damage repair / resolution process, overseeing & maintaining vendor relationships. The Customer Care Specialist should have general knowledge of functional support areas; including the core business, customer service, problem-solving and moving. What We Offer

• $17.00 per hour base pay plus monthly bonus based on performance
• Monthly performance bonuses on top of hourly base rate
• Earning potential of $45,000 annually with bonus!
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We may be able to flex these hours slightly for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Obtains customer feedback through regular confirmation of moves, follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints
• Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
• Handle customer concerns and oversee damage repair / resolution process in a timely manner; track the damage resolution process
• Contact, maintain, and verify damage vendors in a timely manner
• Close sales orders, process customer payments, and make daily collection calls
• Communicate with Operations Managers on damage resolutions
• Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand
• Oversee vendor agreements and contract negotiations to ensure a strong working relationship and cost reductions where necessary

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of business, management or other relevant experience is preferred, but your can-do attitude will go far!
• Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision making ability
• Understanding of and commitment to customer service and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
• Must be proficient with the following Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
