Texas Book Company is looking for a friendly, dependable and customer focused person to join our winning team. As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for working directly with the store leadership team to support an organized college bookstore environment focused on providing a superior shopping experience and great customer service.
Position Summary:
Our sales associates are the heart of our store team. This position provides supervisory level support in coordination with the store manager and is responsible for supporting the store leadership team in execution of daily job duties in one of more of the following areas:
Customer Service:
-Maintaining an organized, well-merchandised retail shopping environment focused on providing a first class shopping experience
-Engaging customers by providing information and customer assistance on the sales floor
-Efficiently and accurately processing customer transactions at the register
Textbook Department:
-Engaging customers within the textbook department and assisting them with finding their course materials
-Merchandising and stocking the department to support an organized, customer friendly shopping experience
-Assist with daily maintenance routine to support sales and customer service goals
Shipping/Receiving:
-Assist with check in and stocking of products for the store
-Neatly arranging product back stock for efficient movement to the sale floor during restocking
-Prepare outgoing shipments of customer orders or merchandise returns
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
