We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team at our direct to consumer company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for working with 3PL's and FedEx or UPS to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
