Job Title: Bilingual Patient Advocate Specialist (Customer Service Representative)

Hourly Rate: $16/hr

Shift Times: M-F must be available for shifts between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Location: Houston, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Bilingual Patient Advocate Specialists for their process solutions client in Houston, TX. Our client is looking for personable candidates who are able to successfully resolve customer inquiries and provide information on services.

*MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English*

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mantener una relación positiva con los pacientes durante todo el proceso de solicitud
• Asesorar a los pacientes sobre el programa de ayuda apropiado para satisfacer mejor sus necesidades individuales
• Proporcionar instrucciones detalladas a los pacientes sobre cómo obtener todos los beneficios del programa disponibles
• Evaluar la elegibilidad de los pacientes para los programas estatales y federales
• Resolver los saldos de cuenta de manera oportuna

Job Requirements:

• MUST speak fluent Spanish and English
• Must be flexible to work across different time zones
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service/billing is a plus
• Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 30-40 wpm
• Excellent organization skills
• Must have a quiet, private area to perform work from home
