Responsibilities

Location: Tampa, FL

Shift: 9am-5:30pm OR 10am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay: $17/hr with weekly pay every Friday!

Start date: May 23rd Training schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm (training for 3 days)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information

• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services

• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues

• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

• Maintain the highest level of customer service Qualifications:

• Must have a HS diploma or GED

• 6 months previous customer service experience

• Computer literate

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
