As the Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for working with customers and partnering with sales representatives in your assigned region to ensure the highest customer support. This will include placing item orders, maintaining the inventory program, and keeping up-to-date dealership profiles. You will also assist with additional projects such as generating reports, resolve product shipping and billing problems, and backup other teams as needed.
