Immediate Opening for a Customer Service Representative / Warehouse in the Blue Ash area!

7:30a-4:00p

This position will be responsible for all functions of inventory handling and will process customer orders received either in person, via telephone, fax, or internet.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately prepare orders by pulling material from stock.
  • Participates in the shipping of company goods to various customers.
  • Verifies accuracy of shipments.
  • Processes paperwork and signatures of shipments.
  • Operates forklift, and tasks assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Pulls orders via pick ticket and handles pick ticket process.
  • Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and preparing for transport.
  • Participates in physical inventory for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying gains/losses.
  • Cleans warehouse for the purpose of safe and sanitary workplace.
  • Assist with monthly cycle counts of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Accurately perform order entry process, to include product, quantity, and price verification
  • Confirm orders placed by customers via phone/fax/internet.
  • SAP computer experience a plus
  • Ability to perform and understand basic math and written procedures.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and schedules with little supervision.
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Warehouse experience is a plus
  • Flooring or tile industry experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
