The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service are provided at a level of excellence.

There are also programming opportunities with this position, assisting with our veterans program, snack cart/magazine cart programs, chat groups to allow patients to share their stories and get to know one another, as well as supporting special community events.

We are seeking individuals who are looking to grow in the healthcare field, as well as within our thriving organization; there will be great opportunities for growth. You may be in the running for our Professional-of-the-Year Award, which will be named in May 2023! This year's winner will be gifted a trip to any Four Seasons of their choosing for two, plus $5,000 spending cash!

Customer service skills and an interest in the medical/marketing/administrative field is a major plus.

Starting Hourly Rate Approximately $18 - X

Days and Hours: Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Hours Flexible)
