Customer Relations Specialist
Renewal by Andersen - Carmel, IN

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be tasked with giving every customer a great experience, both while scheduling installations and following up afterwards to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service, de-escalation, and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage post-sale communication with our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers.
  • Schedule installation appointments with the customer and window installation crews assigned to the area.
  • Lead conversations with customers and window installation crews.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals that will be provided by the Operations team.
  • Generate and send end-of-day reports to management which includes tracking the monetary amount that is scheduled daily and reschedule installations accordingly.
  • Send out customer satisfaction surveys; follow up on customer feedback and resolve customer concerns.
  • Generate NPS (Net Promoter Score) and maintain metrics.
  • Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and reviews.
  • Assist with customer de-escalation and service resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required)
  • Experience in customer service and solving customer issues (required)
  • Data entry experience and attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office and customer service environment
  • CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Problem solving and experience in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20/hour

Schedule:
  • Onsite in our Carmel office
  • Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
