Customer Financial Support

Hours: Part-Time/30 Hours

Shift Details: Day shift, 1st shift

Position Summary:

Responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of all patient billing requests, disputes or inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimum supervision
Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations
1 year customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Hospital patient accounts
Epic experience
