Primary Job Duties:
  • Improve Flight Training Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) data analysis systems and reporting
  • Provide expert recommendations for AQP curriculum improvement to Fleet Training Managers
  • Assist AQP Manager in providing expert recommendations for FAA AQP regulatory compliance
  • Provide regular reports of flight training AQP performance data
  • Conduct FAA briefings on performance of SkyWest Flight Training
  • Provide data analysis reporting for throughput of pilot training, identify constraints, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop data dashboards for automated reporting systems
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in a field related to data analysis.
  • Expert in data analysis – including root cause analysis, statistical modeling, and data reporting systems.
  • Ability to read and understand federal regulations
  • Bring a passion and ability for finding efficiencies and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, tone, detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Commitment to professionalism
