Primary Job Duties:
- Improve Flight Training Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) data analysis systems and reporting
- Provide expert recommendations for AQP curriculum improvement to Fleet Training Managers
- Assist AQP Manager in providing expert recommendations for FAA AQP regulatory compliance
- Provide regular reports of flight training AQP performance data
- Conduct FAA briefings on performance of SkyWest Flight Training
- Provide data analysis reporting for throughput of pilot training, identify constraints, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop data dashboards for automated reporting systems
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a field related to data analysis.
- Expert in data analysis – including root cause analysis, statistical modeling, and data reporting systems.
- Ability to read and understand federal regulations
- Bring a passion and ability for finding efficiencies and solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, tone, detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
