Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Summary: Supporting the inside sales team with various data entry in a timely manner. Accurately input orders and provide exceptional customer service. This position does not require interaction with customers. It is a computer-based, desk position that requires a lot of attention to detail. Read below for more!

Responsibilities:

• Prompt handling of order entry, expediting orders, return requests, order tracking and order status.
• Accurate EDI and OEM order entry.
• Work with sales team, manufacturing, and shipping departments to resolve all questions such as pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms and part number for all orders.
• Work with team members to meet customer’s needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School diploma is required.
• Excellent listening skills, both oral and written.
• Work independently and have good organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Navision ERP system is a plus but not required

Basic math skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
