Day Treatment Clinician – Wakefield, MA

Riverside currently has a great relief opportunity for a Master's level Clinician to join our collaborative and multi-disciplinary team.


Day treatment is a group program which provides a variety of processing, task, expressive, skill building and psychoeducational groups throughout the week.


With a focus on mental health recovery and empowerment, this position provides the opportunity to research, develop and lead groups.


Primary responsibilities are group facilitation and documentation including weekly progress notes and treatment planning.

We collaborate within the organization and externally with other agencies. We have a dynamic team that is motivating, supportive and creates inspiring teachable skill-based groups for clients to manage daily mental health symptoms. Our hope is to transition clients to being part of their meaningful community.

Schedule: Flexible relief hours available


Rate: $22.10 per hour for Unlicensed, $23.70 per hour for LICSW/LMHC


Individuals with a history of recovery in the context of mental illness are encouraged to apply. Riverside Community Care also provides opportunities to be part of a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) groups and trainings.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required


Required Experience
  • Master's Degree in mental health field required
  • Minimum of two years related experience required (including graduate school internships)
