We are seeking a Delivery Associate to join our team!

Tru North Express (TNEX) Package Delivery Drivers are: FUN, Outgoing, Accommodating, Team player, Problem Solvers, Careful, Responsive, Detail-oriented, Cooperative, Thorough, Consistent with repetitive tasks, Reliable and Dependable.

Location: Report for shift to McKinney, TX (Delivery routes vary)

Pay: Range $17.75 - $25.00 + bonuses + benefits

As a Delivery Associate you’ll be an ambassador for TNEX:

● Safely driving and operating company provided vehicles

● Accurately deliver approximately 200+ packages & SMILES daily

● You will be representing the Tru North Express team in all that you do!

● We strive to be the best and provide the best customer service with smiles and having fun!

What you can expect as TNEX Driver:

● Staying active: you’ll be on the move during your shifts as you deliver packages from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s doorstep (packages weigh approximately 50lbs)

● Required weekly availability- 3 Weekdays and 1 Weekend Day schedule (Flexible with days)

● Use of handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information

What You’ll Need:

● Must be at least 21 years old***

● Must have a valid driver’s license***

● Must be able to lift, carry, load and unload packages approximately 50 lbs., get in and out van safely, walk up and down stairs throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation
